Aba in Austin, Texas, is a new, hot spot restaurant serving seafood and Mediterranean dishes including kebabs, hummus, and falafel. The menu at Aba, crafted by Chef CJ Jacobson, embodies many tasteful dishes from the Mediterranean with influences from Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece.
This project was one of many audio system design and installation projects that the Sound Investment team collaborated on with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. As LEYE’s first Texas restaurant, our team designed a sound system that supplied the dining atmosphere with clear sound while maintaining a private experience for each table of guests.
The large, outdoor patio was equipped with loudspeakers and a DJ booth for Aba’s company to enjoy late-night socializing and cocktails. The loudspeakers were expertly hidden among the restaurant decor and spread throughout a wide outdoor space, allowing each square foot to receive a maximized audio experience. Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises has created a very welcoming and calming environment inside and out for guests to enjoy the company of family and friends.
With Aba’s flourishing success, our audio team was contracted once again to help complete Aba’s new expansion bar. Between the captivating smells and tastes, the brilliant botanical atmosphere, and the immersive audio-visual experience, the vibe at Aba is sublime.
