Nestled on picturesque Hubbard Street within Chicago’s popular River North neighborhood, Celeste is a three-story American restaurant well known for being Chicago’s home for tasteful dance music. On each floor of this establishment, guests journey through multiple unique experiences under a single roof where delicious food and flawlessly executed cocktails are in high supply.
The Pub on the first floor has a casual neighborhood bar atmosphere where friends and family alike can relax and socialize. Make your way up to the second floor and you’ll find yourself in The Deco Room which specializes in craft cocktails, rare vintages, and hand-selected barrels. On the top floor is their Rooftop Garden with exquisite views of the city, vine-covered brick walls, and, of course, beautiful, tropical greenery.
The Sound Investment team provided audio system design and integration services and provided their staff guidance on the operation of the systems. After a few years of flourishing turnouts and highly satisfied guests, our team was contracted once again to provide our services with some additions the restaurant invested into their space.
Taking into consideration the fact that Celeste is housed in a historic Louis Sullivan building, Sound Investment tackled the challenge of installing the equipment in fully constructed and furnished rooms. As an exclusive Funktion-One distributor, our team installed multiple small form factor speakers throughout, as well as locating subwoofers beneath seating banquets. With our design we were able to create top-of-the-line, naturally engineered sound to reach through every inch of space.
