One of the most anticipated arrivals within the reimagined Delano Miami Beach, Gigi Rigolatto marks Paris Society’s first U.S. location for the internationally established concept. Built around refined Italian dining and the energy of coastal hospitality, Gigi moves beyond the boundaries of a traditional restaurant. The experience extends from sophisticated dining spaces into poolside and outdoor environments, creating a destination that feels distinctly connected to Miami Beach.
For Sound Investment Audio, that connection between spaces became central to the audio design and integration. Gigi Rigolatto required a system capable of maintaining the same level of performance and atmosphere as guests moved throughout the property. The objective was not simply to provide sound in individual areas, but to create consistent coverage that could support the changing character of the experience without disrupting it.
Sound Investment integrated a distributed Funktion-One system as part of the restaurant and pool deployment at Delano, powered by Full Fat Audio amplification and managed through NST Audio processing. The system provides the performance required for a luxury hospitality environment while extending into outdoor areas where Miami’s climate introduces an entirely different set of demands. Funktion-One weather-resistant solutions support these exterior environments while maintaining the sonic character of the broader system.
Design integration was equally important. Gigi Rigolatto is defined by its visual identity, from warm natural materials and lush landscaping to carefully considered lighting and its relationship with the surrounding resort. Speaker appearance, positioning, and finishes were coordinated with the design team so the technology could complement the environment rather than compete for attention.
As part of the larger Delano redevelopment, the system also benefits from the property’s extensive networked audio infrastructure, allowing sound to be distributed and managed across the resort’s many hospitality environments.
The result supports what makes Gigi Rigolatto unique. Guests can move from a refined Italian dining experience to the energy of the pool and surrounding outdoor spaces without the atmosphere feeling disconnected. Sound follows naturally, providing clarity, consistency, and presence while allowing the restaurant’s design and hospitality to remain at the forefront.
For Paris Society’s first Gigi in the United States, every element needed to reflect the caliber of the concept and its Miami Beach setting. At Gigi Rigolatto, audio becomes part of that experience, present everywhere it needs to be without demanding attention.
