Completed in Fall 2024, Sound Investment partnered with the ultra-exclusive Gravitas club in Beverly Hills to deliver a fully customized AV and lighting system tailored to one of the most elite private social clubs in Los Angeles. With an emphasis on discretion, sophistication, and technical excellence, this multi-use venue required a system that could flex between intimate dining, high-end lounge experiences, and live performances—all without compromising the sleek aesthetic or the privacy of its members.
Spanning multiple zones across the restaurant, bar, lounge, and live performance areas, the system we implemented at Gravitas was designed for seamless integration and effortless control. A multi-zone Funktion-One sound system—paired with NST processing and custom-painted Funktion-One amplifiers—ensures world-class audio performance throughout the venue, from warm ambient background music to full-scale live sound. A discreet yet dynamic video wall and matrix system was also integrated to allow for adaptable media displays across the space, whether for sports, private events, or digital art installations.
To match the high design standards of Gravitas, we collaborated closely with architects and interior designers to conceal technology without sacrificing function. This was particularly challenging in a space that prizes aesthetic harmony. Every speaker and lighting fixture was selected and positioned with intention, designed to blend into the space while delivering powerful impact when needed. The addition of a dedicated podcast recording studio and private conference rooms added yet another layer of complexity—and exclusivity.
