Sound Investment completed an ambitious project at Papi Steak Las Vegas, marking the first expansion of David Grutman and David “Papi” Einhorn’s renowned Miami Beach establishment. Located at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Papi Steak blends Golden Era Hollywood flair with contemporary, global energy to redefine the steakhouse experience.
Our team provided top-to-bottom design and integration services, collaborating closely with the architect team for design, the construction team for installation, and the operations team for deployment. Our role involved installing state-of-the-art audio systems, including Funktion-One, NST, and Full Fat Audio, to ensure an unparalleled sound experience throughout the venue.
The design implemented SI standard techniques to deliver exceptional audio quality to every corner of this high-end entertainment restaurant. Our focus was on maintaining the brand’s signature excitement and energy, ensuring that every table experienced the dynamic atmosphere Papi Steak is known for.
A unique aspect of this project was our collaboration with the lighting and operations teams to perfect the brand’s iconic $1K steak presentation. This involved coordinating audio, lasers, and mood lighting to create a memorable and visually stunning experience for guests.
Papi Steak Las Vegas offers an amplified atmosphere and a bespoke menu, featuring the signature “Beefcase” Tomahawk and custom cocktails. The venue’s ambiance is elevated with modern design elements and high-energy vibes, setting a new standard for luxury dining in Las Vegas.
