For three days in Nashville, Slate Summit 2026 transformed Music City Center into a large-scale corporate conference designed to inform, engage, and entertain thousands of attendees. Produced by WPI Event Partners, the event marked ten years of collaboration with Sound Investment, providing technical production for one of the industry’s premier annual leadership conferences.
Delivering an event of this scale requires far more than audiovisual equipment. It takes a production partner capable of coordinating multiple environments, supporting presenters in real time, and maintaining a consistent experience across every session. Throughout Slate Summit 2026, our team provided audio, video, lighting, and show support for the general sessions, breakout rooms, and live entertainment, helping every presentation move confidently from start to finish.
The general session was designed around a custom broadcast-inspired stage featuring a branded news desk, expansive LED displays, dual projection screens, scenic lighting, and multi-camera video production. Rather than relying on traditional presentation formats, the stage created an environment that encouraged storytelling, conversation, and audience engagement. Every lighting cue, presentation transition, camera shot, and video playback was carefully coordinated to support the content without distracting from it.
Beyond the main stage, our production teams supported breakout sessions throughout Music City Center, ensuring presenters had dependable technology and attendees experienced the same level of production quality regardless of which room they entered. As schedules shifted and presenters moved between sessions, our technicians remained focused on maintaining consistent execution across every space.
The conference concluded with a high-energy celebration featuring live entertainment, where the production shifted from corporate presentations to a concert atmosphere complete with dynamic lighting, professional audio, and live show support.
