We also managed logistical elements, including paperless ticketing, registration, and attendee check-in, as well as on-site security to ensure a seamless event experience.
Our team brought the virtual component of the launch to life with our Virtual Event Site platform, enabling attendees from around the globe to participate. Virtual guests could explore a 3D version of the venue, visit vendor booths, and enjoy the live performances alongside in-person attendees.
